SPIN DOCTOR RETURNS POLICY

Obviously, we want you to be happy with every product you purchase from us, whether online or in-store. Please do not remove labels from products or dispose of packaging while you are making up your mind as this may affect your ability to return an item. If you choose to return an item it must reach us in original unused condition with all labels attached and any packaging that may have formed part of the item i.e. boxed goods. At all times your statutory rights are protected.

MAKING A RETURN

In the event that you are not satisfied or have changed your mind, you may return any item or items within 14 days of receipt and, following inspection of the product, we will refund you for the cost of the item minus the outgoing delivery charge (minimum charge €4.50) via the original payment method used. Please note that the cost of the return is not the responsibility of Altitude. We reserve the right not to accept ‘change of mind returns outside of this period. Goods may also be returned in person to our store.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel or amend any order (or part of an order) placed with us, provided that the order has not yet entered the dispatch process. You will receive a full refund, including postage, via the original method of payment.

If your order, or part of it, has entered the dispatch process, you can refuse to accept the delivery of the item. It will be returned to us as undeliverable where we will refund the amount for the item however, you will still incur costs for the outward postage.

Tube type tires are specifically designed for use with a tube and may not be used Tubeless. Confusion is not possible: All One road tires are clearly labelled as "TLE" or "TUBE ONLY" tires.

MicroSkin
Special cross fabric. Applied to the inner surface of a tire. Very light, cut resistant and air tight.

Addix
The Addix compound is created using completely new formulas. Schwalbe purchases advanced raw materials only with the worldwide best quality. Basically, Schwalbe has significantly increased the filler content for silica and now controls the mixing process more accurately than ever before. The Addix compounds are characterized by one thing in particular: they solve the trade-off between grip, rolling resistance and wear. The result is a tire with a whole new level of performance and quality.

TUBELESS EASY
The monofile fabric on the side wall makes the tubeless conversion for the bike extremely easy and safe. It also provides the best cut protection on the side wall.

RaceGuard
Puncture protection level 4. A double layer of nylon fabric. Good protection for light and sporty tires.

Note: Tubeless Ready tires require tubeless compatible rims/wheels, tubeless valves, tubeless rim tape and sealing fluid for tubeless mounting. Sealant fluid is not required for tubeless UST tires, but is recommended for increased puncture protection. Installation should only be carried out by qualified personnel.
